I just stumbled across this meme and thought I’d play along. Love music. Mondays? Not so much.
The theme was “Best Song from a Movie” and I knew the minute I saw this contest, what movie I would choose from. I grew up on musicals and The Sound of Music is still one of my favorites. The hardest part was choosing between “Do-Re-Mi” or “My Favorite Things”.
I chose the latter, but it appears to be copyrighted so the video isn’t actually from the film which really bums me out.

I would have choosen 500 miles by the Proclaimers from Benny and Joon. If for no other reason, once it gets in your head, it stays.
